Large/Fragile items such as basins, toilets, baths, shower enclosures, kitchen sinks and furniture are charged at a different rate depending on postcode. Ordering multiple large items will only incur the one delivery charge.

Standard delivery time for taps, shower valves, shower heads, towel warmers, ladder rails and bathrooms accessories is 2-5 working days from the receipt of full payment and fragile items are dispatched within 5 to 10 working days. These time frames are a guideline and can sometimes be brought forward.
