| Are the floor fixing screws included when I purchase a toilet? | No. All fixing screws that are required to fit the toilet to the floor need to be supplied by your plumber/builder. |

| What material are your baths made of? | We have baths available in acrylic, stone cast resin, pressed steel and cast iron. If you are unsure what material the bath you are looking at on our website is please contact sales. |
| Can I paint the outside of a roll top bath? | All of our roll top baths can be painted on the outside with an oil based paint. |
| I've already purchased taps elsewhere, will they fit on your pre-drilled bath? | Yes, so long as the taps have pipe centres measuring the standard 180mm measurement |

| What are your taps made of? | All our taps are made from solid brass before being chrome plated. |
| What guarantee is available with your taps? | All Hudson Reed & Ultra products have a 10 year manufacturer's warranty. |
| Do your taps have ceramic disk technology? | Most do. If the product description does not state that the taps have ceramic disc technology it doesn't necessarily mean that ceramic disc technology isn't present. Please contact sales for confirmation. |
| What size hot and cold water feeds are required for your bath taps? | While we do have some 1/2 inch (15mm) bath taps, 99% of them are 3/4 inch (22mm). |
| What size hot and cold water feeds are required for your basin taps? | Our basin taps require 1/2 inch (15mm) piping. |

| What is the difference between a dual shower valve and a twin shower valve? | A dual valve and a twin valve have the same capabilities. The only difference is the positioning of the water pressure and temperature control handles. |
| What kind of shower valve do I need if I want to use a fixed shower head and body jets? | You require either a triple valve or a twin valve with built-in diverter. |

| The roll top bath pack that is available with your baths and bathroom suites, what is it? | The roll top bath pack is a chrome plated exposed waste kit. It consists of 3 components. It contains telescopic pipe shrouds to cover unsightly hot and cold water feeds. An exposed waste that is chrome not just inside the bath but also on the outside of the bath from the overflow down to the waste area. The third item is a chrome shallow trap. |
| What is a concealed bath waste? | A concealed bath waste is chrome on the inside of the bath. The pipe that goes from the overflow down to the bottom waste section is plastic. |
| What is an exposed waste? | An exposed bath waste is chrome on the inside of the bath. The pipe that goes from the overflow down to the bottom waste section is also chrome plated. |
| What is a click clack waste? | A click clack waste opens and closes simply by pressing down on. Other names for a click clack waste are "push button" and "sprung plug". |
| Can a pop-up bath waste be used with a boat bath? | Not if the boat bath sits on a plinth. |
| What is the difference between a slotted and unslotted basin waste? | A slotted basin waste if for use with basins that have an overflow. |

| What is an easyplumb tray? | An easyplumb tray is a shower tray that is raised higher than usual. Easyplumb trays are often required when a joist or pipe is obstructing the fitting of the shower trap and/or waste. Other circumstances such as solid concrete flooring can play a part in the requirement of an easyplumb tray. |

| How do I work out how much BTU I need for my bathroom? | The BTU figure is width(feet) x length(feet) x height(feet) x 5. If the bathroom is facing north add 5% to your final figure. If the room has French windows add 20% to the final figure. If the room has double glazing, deduct 10% from your final figure. |
