Order Your Bathroom FromTraditional Bathrooms In Association With Google Checkout: Google Checkout is a new payment system that allows you to buy safely online from a large selection of different websites without having to input your name and address every time. After you make your first purchase with Google Checkout all future purchases from 100's of affiliated websites can be made by simply entering a username and password.

Please note goods will not be dispatched until we receive payment in full. Exceptions can be made on orders including bath deliveries, where a 20% deposit is applicable and the remaining balance can be paid in cash on delivery. Cheques on delivery are not accepted.

Placing An Order

• 1. Browse Products Search items by using one of several different searching methods on our site. Browse items by category and group or a quick keyword search from almost any page. Once you've found what you are looking for, click on the item's name, picture or the continue button to see more information.
• 2. Add Items to Your Shopping Cart We provide a handy online shopping cart to gather items that interest you. Simply select the "Buy Now" button located next to the item that you'd like to purchase. Each item will remain in your cart until you remove or purchase it. View items in your cart at any time by selecting the "Shopping Cart" link at the home page.
• 3. Changing Item Quantities in Your Shopping Cart If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, merely change the number in the "Qty" box. Be sure to click the "Update Cart button" to recalculate and see your new subtotal.
• 4. Deleting Items in Your Cart To delete an item in your Shopping Cart, change the quantity to zero 0. Be sure to click the "Update Cart Button" to recalculate and see your new subtotal.
• 5. Check Out When you are ready to send us your order, select the "Check Out Now" button which is located on the Shopping Cart page. (You can get there from any page on site by clicking on the "Shopping Cart Button".) This will take you through a simple step-by-step process to complete your order.
• 6. You will need to enter: your email address and additional order details such as: billing address, shipping address and shipping option. This automatically will create an account that will speed your checkout on future purchases with us. Please put any special requirements in the comments box. If you have chosen to pay online by debit/credit card you will be redirected to the Protx™ secure server page and asked for card details.
• 7. Print your Confirmation Page You will be presented with a short confirmation page that has a unique confirmation number acknowledging your purchase transaction. We recommend that you print this page in case we are unable to confirm your order via email.
• 8. Email Confirmation We will send you an email to confirm that our warehouse has received your order. Note: If you don't receive an email confirmation from us by the following weekday afternoon, please call our customer service number 01405 818560. We will also send a second e-mail, the weekday after shipment, to let you know that your order has been shipped.
• 9. Online Payment You will receive a VSP SUCCESS notification email from Protx™ in addition to our own email if you have paid online. Please print these emails for your records.
• 10. Phone Orders: You can place your order, check the status of your order or review a past order, and get answers to questions about products you are ordering from us by calling 01405 818560. We have tried to keep our Prices as low as possible, so we prefer automated orders via the Internet, but we are always here to help.
