If you decide for any reason that the goods don’t suit your needs or are unhappy with the item simply notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and return the items to the address below. We can arrange to have the item collected and a full credit of the goods subject to a collection fee.

Traditional Bathrooms Ltd strongly recommends that you do not book a plumber or fitter until your goods have been delivered and been full checked for damage. Under no circumstances will Traditional Bathrooms Ltd be held liable for any plumbing or fitting costs or compensation.
Important Notice We will not accept goods that have been opened or used. If you return goods that have been opened or used and are unsuitable for Re sale we will be unable to refund these items.
You must contact us with written notice by either email or letter before returning an item. We will then update your order with the information of what items are to be returned.
We cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced items where we have not had notice of the intended return.
Damaged Goods
We ask that goods be thoroughly inspected for defects or damage by you when you receive your order. If you find a defect or damage you must notify us via email within seven (7) days. Where outer packaging is damaged in transit, please ensure that if you accept the delivery, you sign the delivery note "Damaged Consignment".
Should your product have a manufacturing defect, we will do everything in our power to replace your item as soon as possible.
If you need to report a damaged or defective product you will need to inform us via email at vb4uaftersales@live.co.uk. We may require images of the damaged product to send on to the manufacturer in order to arrange a replacement part/ product.
Damaged items reported after seven (7) days will not be replaced this doesn’t include faulty/ defective items such as taps & shower valves.
Unwanted Goods
For all unwanted goods, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. The cost of the product(s) purchased will be refunded to the card used for initial payment, within 30 days from when goods are received by us (this does not include the time it takes to be returned), on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition in which they were received.
We can arrange for the goods to be collected from you for a payment request for £50.00 carrier collection fee, or £24.95 Parcel collection fee for smaller items (Main Land UK Only, Other areas subject to additional charge). Once a collection fee has been paid, we will arrange for the collection of your unwanted goods.
PLEASE NOTE ANY ITEMS TO BE RETURNED AFTER SEVEN (7) DAYS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE.
Items delivered by any third party carrier service will be charged at the same rate for collections as the original delivery. Once we have received the goods and confirmed that they have been returned in the condition in which they were received, a full refund will be issued. |
