Terms & Conditions of the Victorian Bathrooms 4 U Warranty
Victorian Bathrooms 4 U guarantee products for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the products details.
Provided they have been installed, used and maintained in accordance with the manufactureres instructions. After this period all guarantees are direct with the manufacturer.
Product guarantees must be completed and returned within 14 days of purchase to validate the guarantee. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a statutory 1 year guarantee on all products. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Should a claim arise, the issue will be investigated. As part of this investigation we request that the following conditions be satisfied: Proof of purchase at the time of claim. The product has been fitted and installed in accordance with the fitting instructions, local bylaws and general good plumbing practice. The product has been maintained and cared for in compliance with our instructions (including regular and appropriate cleaning). If in our opinion the product has been modified, misused, neglected, willfully or accidentally damaged, we can accept no responsibility for failure. Faulty items will be replaced at the discretion of Victorian Bathrooms 4 U, with our nearest equivalent product. This guarantee is effective for products purchased after 1st June 2012. Non-glass or metallic parts, e.g. seals, toilet seats, cistern fittings are subject to normal wear and tear through usage and are therefore covered on all products for 12 months from installation.
This guarantee is only applicable to mainland UK transactions.
Victorian Bathrooms 4 U Do Not Guarantee Any Products That Are Supplied Outside The Mainland UK.

Victorian Bathrooms 4 U call Out Procedure: If a call out is requested to a faulty item then a charge of £150 will be required and held against a credit card before any works are carried out. This charge will not be applied to the customer if the fault is deemed by Victorian Bathrooms 4 U to be the manufacturers fault. If the fault is that of Victorian Bathrooms 4 U, VB4U will repair or replace the broken or missing item, however if the fault is not that of Victorian Bathrooms 4 U then the customer will be given the option to have the fault repaired by Victorian Bathrooms 4 U at a charge of £45 an hour. A signature must be received from the customer to accept responsibility for the payment for the repairs carried out by Victorian Bathrooms 4 U, and payment must be made immediately after the repair is carried out. Victorian Bathrooms 4 U have a policy of design, development and improvement and therefore reserve the right to modify specifications and prices without prior notice.
