I am so thrilled to have bought a bath and taps from you... I will even be more thrilled if it arrives on time... I have given Clinton ( very nice Aussie from Perth !!)  instructions for delivery and phone numbers in case of  small white van being lost....   !!   I have great faith in this bath , and I know it will give the occupants of this small cottage called  The Old Piggery a very long and lasting service...  Look forward to the arrival...

I am writing to express my compliments at the excellent customer service I received from you relating to this order.
My order for a right handed bath was based on the image provided on your website for this item. But today, unfortunately, a left handed bath was delivered. Due to action of your driver and yourself, this problem was quickly resolved with your driver returning within the hour with a right handed bath.
I would like to thank your driver in particular, who took the time to get to the bottom of the problem of what I required to ensure it was sorted first time, and on a Friday to boot. Though I am still a little confused over what is considered a right sided bath for this product.
This was backed up by regular updates about my order from you and delivery within a 2 hour window then the best I was expecting was a morning or afternoon schedule.
I wish more companies would follow your example.

I just want to pass on my thanks!
I spent ages looking at different suppliers to get the right bathroom suite.  Your company stood head and shoulders above the rest - partly because of price and quality, but especially because you were very willing to provide expert advice. Anyway, it is now fully installed, and it is absolutely fabulous! I need one last piece of advice...  We use to have a problem getting our kids in the bath - now that we have a huge slipper bath they refuse to get out... Any suggestions?  ;-)

We are really pleased with bathroom we got from you and how quick you delivered it at the time.  I did mean to let you know sooner!  Don't know if you recall but you suggested the bath that we actually got, I almost ordered one of the others, I am so glad you did. I really like this bath and would not have been happy with the other one that I chose so thks for pointing me in right direction.  We were also really pleased with your prices too you were far more reasonable, for the same quality products, than other companies I looked.  I will definately buy from you again.  Free to quote me on your website if you have a place for customer feedback.  Even though it reads a bit cheesy!
