Small/Robust items such as taps, shower valves, shower heads, towel warmers, ladder rails and bathrooms accessories are charged at £9.95 per delivery to all UK postcodes and the Republic of Ireland. Ordering multiple small items will have only one £9.95 delivery charge.
Large/Fragile items such as basins, toilets, baths, shower enclosures, kitchen sinks and furniture are charged at a different rate depending on postcode. Ordering multiple large items will only incur the one delivery charge.

Standard delivery time for taps, shower valves, shower heads, towel warmers, ladder rails and bathrooms accessories is 2-5 working days from the receipt of full payment and fragile items are dispatched within 5 to 10 working days. These time frames are a guideline and can sometimes be brought forward. If for any reason this time scale cannot be adhered to, Traditional Bathrooms Limited will notify you and a revised delivery schedule can be arranged. All orders will be sent at our option using the best and most cost effective method. Our standard deliveries are 1 man deliveries and assistance may be required to unload large items. If the items you have ordered are heavy or large please ensure that an able bodied person is available to lend assistance.

Terms & Conditions of the Niko Distribution Warranty
This Guarantees all Niko shower enclosures and bath screens against faulty materials or manufacture for their lifetimes, provided they have been installed, used and maintained in accordance with our instructions. All product guarantees must be completed and returned within 14 days of purchase to validate the guarantee. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a statutory 1 year guarantee on all products. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Should a claim arise, the issue will be investigated. As part of this investigation we request that the following conditions be satisfied: Proof of purchase at the time of claim. The product has been fitted and installed in accordance with the fitting instructions, local bylaws and general good plumbing practice. The product has been maintained and cared for in compliance with our instructions (including regular and appropriate cleaning). If in our opinion the product has been modified, misused, neglected, willfully or accidentally damaged, we can accept no responsibility for failure. The opportunity to inspect the product in the installed condition. Faulty items will be replaced with our nearest equivalent product. This guarantee is effective for products purchased after 1st Jan 2009. Non-glass or metallic parts (e.g. seals) are subject to normal wear and tear through usage and are therefore covered on all products for 12 months from installation. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. This guarantee is only applicable in the U.K. and Republic of Ireland.
Niko call Out Procedure If a call out is requested to a faulty item then a charge of £150 will be required and held against a credit card before any works are carried out. This charge will not be applied to the customer if the fault is ours or the manufacturers fault. If the fault is ours, we will repair or replace the broken or missing item, however if the fault is not ours then the customer will be given the option to have the fault repaired by us at a charge of £45 an hour. A signature must be received from the customer to accept responsibility for the payment for the repairs carried out by us, and payment must be made immediately after the repair is carried out. We have a policy of design, development and improvement and therefore reserve the right to modify specifications and prices without prior notice.
