Small/Robust items such as taps, shower valves, shower heads, towel warmers, ladder rails and bathrooms accessories are charged at £9.95 per delivery to all UK postcodes and the Republic of Ireland. Ordering multiple small items will have only one £9.95 delivery charge.

Large/Fragile items such as basins, toilets, baths, shower enclosures, kitchen sinks and furniture are charged at a different rate depending on postcode. Ordering multiple large items will only incur the one delivery charge. Large/fragile goods can only be delivered to UK Mainland addresses.

Standard delivery time for taps, shower valves, shower heads, towel warmers, ladder rails and bathrooms accessories is 2-5 working days from the receipt of full payment and fragile items are dispatched within 5 to 15 working days. These time frames are a guideline and can sometimes be brought forward. If you are in urgent need of one of our products please contact Traditional Bathrooms Limited on 01405 818 500 or email sales@victorianbathrooms4u.com.

If for any reason this time scale cannot be adhered to, Traditional Bathrooms Limited will notify you immediately and a revised delivery schedule will be decided. All orders will be sent at our option using the best and most cost effective method.

We supply a one man delivery service only. If the items you have ordered are heavy or large please ensure that an able bodied person is available to lend assistance.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WITHOUT EXCEPTION THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH THE UNLOADING OF LARGE ITEMS. DELIVERY REFERS TO A ONE MAN GROUND FLOOR DELIVERY ONLY.

For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for visible transit damage before signing the driver’s delivery note. If you sign for the goods, even if you write “unchecked” or something similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived without obvious external damage to the packaging and later claims for carrier damage will not be considered. If the driver refusing to wait while you check the outside packaging of the goods then you must refuse to accept the delivery and should then contact Traditional Bathrooms on 01405 818 560 or email aftersales@victorianbathrooms4u.com to inform us.

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will, at our option either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any product damages and/or defects must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Shortages must also be reported within 48 hours.

TRADITIONAL BATHROOMS STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK A PLUMBER OR FITTER UNTIL YOUR GOODS HAVE ARRIVED AND HAVE BEEN CHECKED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY PLUMBING OR FITTING COSTS OR COMPENSATION.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

In the event of a pricing error on www.victorianbathrooms4u.com we will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

Returns will only be accepted if they are returned with their original packaging intact and in the exact same condition as they were dispatched. All returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of 20% of the purchase price excluding carriage. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To cancel an order, Traditional Bathrooms Limited must receive written notice seven working days from the day after the goods were received. Traditional Bathrooms Limited is under no legal obligation to accept cancellations after this period.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU WRITE OUR ADDRESS ALL OVER THE PRODUCT PACKAGING THEN THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER IN RESALEABLE CONDITION AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Any guarantees quoted on the www.victorianbathrooms4u.com website are manufacturer’s guarantees. We pass on manufacturers warranties in good faith but we do not endorse them and they form no part of your contract with Traditional Bathrooms. In the event manufacturer becomes insolvent the guarantee is lost.

All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty then only the product value will be refunded. The re-stocking charge of 20% will apply as will any delivery charges that Traditional Bathrooms have covered. Refunds do not include the delivery charge.
