Does your website include VAT?
Yes, all our prices include VAT at 20%
Can I place my order via telephone?
Yes, ordering via telephone is quick and easy just call 0113 390 7512 we are open Monday to Saturday 09:00 till 17:00.
Do you have a showroom where I can see the products before purchasing?
We do have a showroom but this is under our sister company name Sanctuary Bathrooms but we do have lots of products on display (If you are wanting to see something specific please call first to make sure we have it on display to avoid disappointment) – Contact Us
How long does Delivery take?
It depends on your area and also the goods ordered but most items unless stated on the product page.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We are able to offer worldwide delivery services via pallet delivery – please email or call with a list of items you are looking at and we would be able to give you a price for delivery.
When I buy a basin are the taps and waste included?
Sorry these wouldn’t be included unless stated in the product page.
Would the toilet Seat be included when I purchase the toilet?
Some toilets do come with a dedicated seat but most would be an optional extra please check product page.
Can I paint the outside of my freestanding bath?
Most of our freestanding baths can be painted please go to our how to paint a freestanding bath page for more help.
I already have bath taps will these fit on your baths?
Most baths now don’t come with tap holes but if they do state on the product page these would be drilled at 180mm apart.
How do I know if I need a left or right hand shower tray?
Our product pages will show if the main image is left or right hand but if you are unsure please click the link for what is the difference between left and right hand, or please call our sales team.
What is an exposed bath waste?
An exposed bath waste is used when you can see the waste on the outside of the bath. This would be the pipe that goes from the overflow down to the bottom waste section which would be chrome plated.
What is a click clack waste?
A click clack waste opens and closes simply by pressing down on it. Other names for a click clack waste are "push button" and "sprung plug".
