1. Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order at any point before the goods are dispatched or within 7 working days of receipt of goods. You must notify Victorian Bathrooms 4 U of your intent to cancel by one of the following methods – Email, Telephone or in writing:

2. Cancelation and Return of Goods
If you change your mind for whatever reason and simply do not want any of the products purchased, as long as it is within 7 working days of receipt of goods, we will accept returned goods in accordance with the above point 1, however you (the customer) shall be responsible for the return of products and all costs associated with this.
All goods cancelled must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, we will not accept and cannot refund any items that are damaged whilst in your possession.
3. Collection Costs
Small item - £15.00
Large item - £50.00
Cast Iron Baths & Cast Iron Radaitors - £150.00 + 20% Restocking charge
Any returns notified after 7 days but within 28 days may be subject to an additional 20% restocking charge. On cancellation for any reason, you must return the goods at your own cost unless we agree otherwise or we confirm that you may dispose of the goods.
Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect or damaged then we will arrange the return via our own delivery services.
Should you decide to return goods yourself via a courier service of your own choice then please note you should always ensure that you obtain proof of postage / delivery for your reference. Always inform our customer care team regarding the details of any goods you intend to return. Please note the above information does not apply to bespoke items.

4. Return of Faulty Goods Received
We ask that customers fully inspect all products received on the day of delivery, we must be notified of any items that arrive faulty or damaged within 48hrs of receipt. For this we advise telephone or Email notification.
We will then advise the next course of action, we will contact you and either arrange collection, ask for goods to be returned back to us or disposal of goods, never dispose of goods without our notification. Should we request that you send the goods back to us, we ask that you include a receipt for any postage costs that you may incur so that we may refund the full cost of postage.
5. Warranty & Guarantees
All products from Victorian Bathrooms 4 U come complete with a minimum of 12 months Manufacturers Guarantee, many products are listed with periods longer than 12 months, in these cases the period listed is still a Manufacturers Guarantee. Should any of your products develop a fault during the manufacturer's warranty period we still ask you to contact us initially, we will then advise you on the next steps. Different manufacturers have different procedures for dealing with faults, on some occasions we will deal with the replacement of goods on their behalf, some companies will only deal with customers direct so we will provide you with all the relevant contacts and information, they will then arrange repair, replacement or advise alternative procedures.
Please note: All goods reported as faulty will be tested by manufacturers, if it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse this will void any warranty, goods will be returned and no refund or replacement issued.
